Ball Progression

Red Ball
Perfect for young beginners: red ball sessions focus on building confidence, coordination and foundational skills in a fun, nurturing and supportive environment.
Orange Ball
Designed for players who are ready to move on from a larger red ball to a smaller and more challenging ball: orange ball sessions focus on technique, footwork and a deeper understanding of the game in an engaging, enthusiastic and structured way.
Green Ball
Ideal for players transitioning from a softer orange ball to a harder and more challenging ball: green ball sessions focus on refining skills, improving consistency and beginning to apply and develop tactics in match play.
Yellow Ball
Excellent for players ready to further refine their technique and competitiveness through match play: yellow ball sessions focus on building both confidence and consistency, as well as developing advanced strategies and tactical awareness.
