How and when do I pay for lessons?

Following each lesson, a bank transfer is the appropriate method of payment.

What is the lesson cancellation and 'no show' policy?

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation and 'no show' policy ensures fairness for both coach and clients. We appreciate advance notice for any cancellations. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance incurs a 50% lesson fee. Any 'no show' (missed lesson without notice) incurs a 100% lesson fee.

Where will the lessons take place?

Lessons with Sebby Tennis typically take place at various suitable tennis, padel and pickleball facilities in and around Godalming, Surrey. Whilst the majority of tennis and pickleball lessons take place at Busbridge Tennis Association, many lessons take place elsewhere in the local area. 

What if I am a beginner or feel I have a low skill level?

Everyone has their own starting point. At Sebby Tennis, all coaching is adapted according to the individual player in every single lesson. With in excess of 20 years' coaching experience, we are adept at working with all ages and abilities, ensuring a supportive and progressive learning environment.
